The only thing not real in this strip are the word balloons. I drew and colored all the images with copic markers and then took photos of them with my hand posed over the artwork. Aside from a few minor touch ups/color correcting in Photoshop, everything else was done in-camera. It was also a lot of fun to play around with the Wind Waker style and dress Link up in other video game outfits.

PS: I am actually a lefty, but for the compositional purposes of the strip I posed with my right hand instead.

I hope you don't mind me asking:
What kind of pens are those? The ones you're using to color in the drawings. For quite some time I've been unable to find something easy to use for creating solid colors like this.

He's using Copic markers [link]
They're used especially often for manga or comic drawings, as they have a brush-like side and another for bigger area colouring.

I use them as well and they're probably the best colouring pens you can get (there are 2 kinds of the pens, one kind is refillable, the other isn't, but they're cheaper)~ In my country one pen costs about 3 euros but they last pretty long and are very easy to use once you figure it out ^^

You know what this reminds me of? "Duck Amuck." That's one of my favorite cartoons when I was a kid. This gives that impression...and Link even speaks with a Daffy voice in my head. That just adds to it.

All in all, nice XD I like this a lot.
