Sony recently unveiled their final version of their rip-off of the Wii’s motion sensing technology and are calling it MOVE (because apparently ARC was copyrighted by Microsoft).

Almost immediately the Sony fanboys started declaring their OBVIOUS supremacy over the Wii users in the console wars. The same people who, for 4 years, have been laughing at Wii users and belittling them for using motion controls and waggle are now proclaiming that Sony’s MOVE is the most innovative and original idea on the face of the planet.

Wow... just... wow...

I know the image I used for the Wii is the black version which is only just NOW coming out, but I wanted an image that really drove the point home of how hypocritical the fans are being and the black Wiimote, Nunchuck and Motion Plus did just that.

What makes this so funny is that the motion control technology was given to Microsoft and Sony and they said hell no to it. Then Nintendo got and did the best they could with it and it is amazing. I am a big Nintendo fan even when people hated it when they experimented when others did not.

u know why everyone changed their mind about motion games ?
it cuz nitendo PROVED it's work, so wen sony came wit it, the motion system kind of had already show it's result.
so they reacted diferently.
bet wen sony motion came out, the nitendo motion had a similar fame (but since it sony, it MUST be better =o )

at least microsoft doesn't rely on bullshit industry copycat tactics... though it woudl be nice to see Microsoft Melee Let's a Go-Go... and the PS3 has MGS4 and the sly cooper series and all we have is one... ONE Splinter Cell game. but it's nice to know that every Halo game has outsold both every KillZone game and every Resistance game (15.58 compared to 46 Halo's, 11 of them Halo 3. 1 game versus about 9 or 10 or something, including handhelds.)

but i want to know, if key sony franchises included Ratchet and Clank and God of War, what would be their MS counterparts. and if key Microsoft franchises included Gears of War and Fable, what would be their PS counterparts.

PLUS, each company has their own studios (Microsoft: Rare and Twisted Pixel. Sony: Sucker Punch and Naughty Dog, Insomanic doesn't count because of their quote unquote "independance") which do you think are superior to one another? list other examples if you wish.
