I think the old one works a lot better with what your apparent goal was in the first place. The new one seems like it's all about slapstick humor, over-exaggerated facial expressions, very little to do with comics, and overall just has a more mediocre feel than the first one. While I do like the lineart and colors a lot more in the second one, I still feel you should go back to your roots and focus more on the situational comedy rather than seeing how large you can make your characters emote.
I prefer the first one. It's more visually appealing and is actually to do with being a cartoonist. I don't really see much improvement in the second one anyway.
Personally, I think that some of your expressions in the newer strips are over the top. Like in the St. Patrick's Day one, the first panel looks like both of the characters are over-reacting. You're acting like you just got your foot crushed by an anvil or something, and Pam looks like she's acting like a huge bully who hurts people on a daily basis. Of course, maybe that's just a stylistic choice, but it just seems a little off to me. Of course, the new stuff is much crisper, as well as cleaner and more vibrant.
Very nice! It always amases me to see how an artist has improved. I remember the first comic. I had no problems with it at the time. And I've read every strip since, never even realising that things were changing. Now, seeing the two side by side, it's obvious. Awesome. ^_^

I was just doing this to you last week.
