EDIT: I like how so many people are complaining "it's because you have a mac" as if that absolves the issue I'm addressing, or would have made the message any different had I drawn a PC. For the record, it wasn't Photoshop that was the issue so you can stop sending me links to Gimp and other "open source" programs.

I have the same problem with Steam from valve software... --;

Bought new game, everything says it plays on my system... it don't work... for freaking anyone! Yay, good waste of money --;

Ah well, hope you got your issue resolved :)
