Username taken from the character (c) PsychoAngel51402  Okay, I know you get a lot of shit on your art and I've just been reading back comments for a while because I find internet drama stupidly fascinating.
The thing is, I just came across your old video store comics and of all your comics I've read those were by far, by a huge margin, the best and more interesting I've seen. The quality difference from the one you did more recently was totally apparent, in the older ones being much better. If you were still doing things like that I would have seriously read every comic you had. I'm not here to say everything you do is awful, I'm not trying to insult you. I'm just going to say that I can see the reason that people don't like you in your new comics. The lineart on the older ones, and the expressions are so much more interesting. You aren't going for the stale, old, fall back cartoon expressions. They're real people with real feelings and it shows. The motion especially in the two fight scenes is just lovely, I'm in envy of that motion. On top of that there's this great lineart variation and the lack of punchline makes me want to read more. You're not going to for the cheap joke, you're just telling stories. From what you've said on various journal entries you're just trying to tell stories and those comics have been the purest form of that I've seen from you. I hope you don't just take this as trying to put you down but in all honesty it's really disappointing that those were the best stories I saw in your portfolio by a long shot and they're from 2005. -- WAR IS PEACE FREEDOM IS SLAVERY IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH  I love this comic! I'm no professional artist, but I find myself nodding and laughing when I read this because it's so true!
