SYAC
SYAC is on a bit of a hiatus while I try and figure out how best to proceed with the series. I've been conflicted with what to do with it for a long time now. I'm thinking about trying out user suggested strips, kinda like how I tried out user suggested questions.
If you have any suggestions on how I should proceed with SYAC, I'm all ears. I want to keep going, but I need to find a way to make the comic more fun and enjoyable for all concerned... which might require having less comics scheduled a week too.
Soapbox Derpy
I'd just like to take the moment here to thank all the people who helped me with the most recent Soapbox Derpy comic [link] . Without your help the comic wouldn't look as good as it does right now, especially if I had stuck to my gut. And while we're at it I also want to say that I'm sorry. I have been a royal douche recently. I'm stubborn and have a lot of pride, but I am glad that for once I was able to suck it up and move past that to see how shitty I was being to people. I'll be coming back to ask for more help in the future, and several users have said they'll help me work through my other comics too to make them better.

Batman movie shooting
I'd also like to extend my deepest regret and sympathy to the families of those who were killed in the Colorado shooting during the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises. Gunning's like this are never easy, but at least we can offer our support to ensure the safety and mental well being of those involved in the incident. Stay strong everyone.
Anyway, it's starting out hilarious, incredibly funny already, and I'm not hearing more serious talk, so you guys did a good job

Pokémon spamming the server? Well, I had a Gameboy Advance emulator too once, had a lot of fun. Now I've bought the actual handheld though

I used to enjoy your old SYAC comics, most aspiring artists could relate to some situations, such as having to deal with a job you don't like to sustain your art, paying the bills, unusual happenings at comic cons... Except for the occasional lack of punchline, It was likable and mildly amusing, just like every newspaper comic strip.
The SYAC of now is an endless rant of an untalented and rancorous artist that lost the love for his craft, becoming everything an artist should NOT be. As a result SYAC became a terrible comic, you've lost identity with your readers and gathered more haters. I hope that the recent events make you rethink the way you're dealing with your art and make SYAC more enjoyable to read. That's my two cents on the subject.
